DRIVER BIO

Paul Trengove brings extensive open-wheel and prototype experience to the APS grid.

Starting in go karts at the age of seven, Trengove had modest results in a family-run effort.

Several years later and stepping up to circuit racing in Formula Vee, Trengove claimed the South Australian Rookie of the Year award before making an immediate transition to Formula 3.

He secured the 2002 Australian Formula 3 National Class Championship before taking equal second overall in the prestigious 2003 Australian Formula 4000 Championship.

Alongside a career as an executive in the sports industry, Trengove continues to deliver at the front of the field in the series, with multiple race victories and winning the 2025 AP3 Championship title.
